  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade and custom nature of some products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Custom-made items (personalized or made to order)
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
    Please note that if you’ve received a defective or damaged item, you are entitled to a return or exchange, even if the item is marked as non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Ship the Return: Return the item using a tracked shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
